      1.    Free Shipping (Canada and USA): We currently offer free shipping for orders within Canada and the United States. However, please note that this offer excludes out-of-reach regions and remote areas. Shipping costs for these regions will be calculated at checkout. 

Please note: For deliveries to the USA, any customs duties, tariffs, taxes or release-fees imposed by US import authorities or by the shipping carrier are not covered by us. The recipient may be required to pay these additional charges in order for the parcel to be released.

      2.    Worldwide Shipping: We proudly offer worldwide shipping to our valued customers, making our quality winter footwear accessible to customers around the globe. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
      3.    PO Box Shipping: At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes. We kindly request that you provide a physical delivery address for your order.
      4.    Shipping Location: All items will be shipped from our physical store location in Montreal, Canada. Rest assured that our team will handle your order with care and efficiency.
      5.    Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for processing time once your order is placed. We strive to prepare and dispatch your order promptly to ensure timely delivery.
