Ordering process was confusing… insufficient notice to USA buyers that a tariff charge would need to be paid upon delivery. Product looked worth a try but clarity in the ordering process is needed. I refused to pay the tariff. And asked for a full refund - I have not received my refund or a notice on the decision to refund this sale.

MIRKO Men's Winter Boots

I like the boot there great! I was diagnosed with osteoporosis so as a 73 year old guy I’m afraid of falling on winter ice covered snow and these give me confidence when I go out to shovel or walk! The only thing I would like to see is put in an extra pair of replacement ice grips for each foot left and right or put the option on the order thank you Mark C Potter Minnesota guy!

MIRKO Men's Winter Boots

The boots were difficult to get on and off, especially for an older person making it difficult to switch the cleats. The 14 day return policy is restrictive, especially around Christmas. Looks like we are outside this window. Also the shipping costs are not covered for returns, which is surprising especially considering the price paid. I won’t be taking a chance on another pair of these boots unfortunately.
